Hi, I'm Wendie- a dietitian with over 21 years of experience helping women heal their gut, regulate their hormones, and reset their energy without dieting.

I specialize in supporting women 35+ who are navigating perimenopause and feeling like their bodies just aren't responding the way they used to --because I've been there too.

After discovering Intuitive Eating, I realized that it's not about more control, more rules, or stricter plans--it's about learning to support your body with care, flexibility, and food freedom.
